The Mecklenburg County Health Department has issued an update concerning three suspect cases of swine flu. A spokesman tells WBTV the first test came back negative late Tuesday afternoon. The second test came back negative Wednesday morning. The third test results will come back on Thursday. Check with WBTV for the latest on this developing story.
