Man accused of kidnapping pregnant woman at gunpoint arrested
Frederickeon "Buddy" Lamar Twitty faces charges of domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, burglary first-degree, Kidnapping, and Use of firearm during commission of a violent crime.

LANCASTER, SC (WBTV) - A man accused of kidnapping his pregnant girlfriend at gunpoint was arrested Monday.

The incident happened at a home on the 800 block of Pardue Street in Lancaster. Police say Frederickeon “Buddy” Lamar Twitty went inside “armed with a handgun and forcibly removed his pregnant girlfriend... by grabbing her around the neck.”

Twitty then allegedly forced the victim into the back of a four-door sedan and left the area.

The victim was able to escape from the vehicle at a stop sign in the area of Chesterfield Avenue and Hwy 903.
