Former Iredell-Statesville teacher arrested, violates probation of sexual assault case

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - A former Iredell-Statesville teacher has been arrested again after violating her probation relating to her case involving five counts of felony statutory rape of a child.

Christina Jolly was ordered no contact with the victim, after August 2018 charges for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy who was in a Iredell County foster home.

The boy was not her student, but recently detectives discovered she allegedly tried to reach out to the 15-year-old victim again, this time by email, which violated her probation.
