CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We won’t see any more frost and freezes this week outside of the mountains, but a chilly weather pattern will continue to get a stronger grip on us. Tuesday will be the warmest day of this week as it’s the only day expected to break the 70 degree threshold. It’s downhill from that point as we’ll see highs in the 60s Wednesday, then only in the 50s from Thursday through the weekend.
The difference here is lows won’t be all that cold, in the 40s for the most part. This is all because of more clouds and eventual rain toward the weekend limiting the sunshine and therefore the heat. But it will also prevent us from getting all that cold overnight.
Enjoy the dry first half of this week before the clouds, rain and chill take over the second half!
