CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Another chilly start to our Friday with temps in the 40s, maybe even some upper 30s in those traditionally colder spots. Either way, it’s going to be a bit cooler in all areas Friday versus Thursday.
Once the sun comes up, we've got a beautiful seasonable October day ahead. With a sunny sky and an afternoon breeze turning out of the south, temps will get up to about 70°.
Tonight won't be as cool as clouds fill in around midnight, limiting overnight low temps to the mid-upper 50s.
Saturday brings showers during the first half of the day, clearing out by evening. We then clear out and cool off again for the second half of the weekend, in fact, lows Sunday night could get down into the 30s in Charlotte for the first time this season.
