LINCOLN COUNTY, NC (WBTV) - Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on Oct. 8 who they believe to be involved with two break-ins that happened in the county in August.
Nathaniel Rolland Gilbo, 30, of Maiden County was arrested during a traffic stop on Monday afternoon and is currently being held in custody on secured bond.
Gilbo has been charged with two felony counts each for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. Gilbo has also been charged with a probation violation for this arrest.
The break-ins had occurred on Aug. 1 on Willis Road in which stolen electronics, household goods and food were valued at $4,000 and again on Aug. 13, when Gilbo is accused of stealing a water heater from a home on Philadelphia Church Road.
Christina Bessette, 20, of Lawndale, had previously been arrested on Sept. 25 for breaking and entering a building and larceny after breaking and entering.
Officials are still searching for Whittney Turner Gilbo, 28, a third person believed to be involved in the break-ins. She has been charged with breaking and entering a building and larceny after breaking and entering as well.
